01 — About

I build software that powers real products

Hands-on Software Architect with experience in products running in real production today. I turn business ideas and needs into solid, secure platforms ready to scale, guiding every project end to end: from vision and architecture to launch. I work with artificial intelligence to move faster without sacrificing quality, and bring judgment to every decision so technology drives real results for your business.

What it means · Hands-on

I am a Hands-on Software Architect: I do not just define the architecture, I build it. I make the high-level technical decisions and stay inside the code, from the first commit to deployment, close to the team and the real product.

Clean architecture

Hexagonal, SOLID and Screaming Architecture. Code that scales, reads clearly and lasts over time.

End to end

From API design to cloud deployment with CI/CD. I own the product across its whole lifecycle.

AI in the flow

I bring AI into the work through Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to shorten the path from idea to delivery.

Decisions that matter

I make technical decisions with direct impact on the product and the business, not just the code.

How I can help

Services

I work autonomously with clients and teams, owning responsibility end to end.

Architecture & APIs

I design your product foundation: REST APIs, data model and an architecture built to grow.

Full-stack SaaS products

I build complete platforms end to end: frontend, backend, database and deployment.

Custom sites & landings

Corporate sites and landing pages: fast, polished and built to convert, from sketch to deploy.

Integrations & AI

I connect external services and add AI to the flow to automate and speed up your operation.

SEO, GEO & organic ranking

Keyword research and optimization for search engines (SEO) and generative and AI engines (GEO), aimed at strong, lasting organic ranking.

02 — Process

How we work together

A clear process, from the first meeting to a product in production. This is how we move forward, step by step and always in communication with you.

  1. 01

    Kickoff meeting

We define the key points: design and page style, brainstorming, target audience, and the strategy to attract potential clients and the impact you want from your site, landing or software.

  2. 02

    Research & direction

Keyword research for SEO and GEO, sketches, colors, typography, visual aesthetics and the structure that best fits your goals.

  3. 03

    Mockups

We build the mockups and apply changes based on your feedback and requirements, iterating until the design fits you.

  4. 04

    Architecture & prototype

We validate the architecture and tech stack against your specs to guarantee a scalable, secure and efficient system; then we show you the prototype to refine it together.

  5. 05

    Development

We build the product in a development environment, working actively on your requirements with constant communication and material deliveries to keep the momentum going.

  6. 06

    Staging & Beta version

After layout, stack analysis, prototyping and development, we move to Staging, possibly as a Beta version, to fix bugs and polish until the final product.

04 — Projects

What I have built

Not just code: products that solve concrete business problems and run in the real world today.

Logo de DropTransit
DropTransit
Smart logistics platform for transport
In production

Logistics with intelligence: manage your fleet, optimize your routes and deliver on time, all from one real-time platform.

DropTransit is the platform that connects the street with the office. Transport and last-mile companies manage shipments, drivers and clients from a single dashboard, with real-time GPS tracking and a full view of the operation, minute by minute.

Behind it is a simple but demanding idea: that a delivery business stops living between phone calls, spreadsheets and scattered messages. DropTransit brings daily operations, billing and customer relationships into one place, so the team makes better decisions and delivers more, with less effort.

Field ops under control

Assign drivers, follow every delivery on the map and resolve incidents on the spot. Your client gets notifications and proof of delivery without anyone picking up the phone.

The whole business in one place

Billing, payments, clients, warehouses and points of sale live alongside daily operations. Fewer scattered tools and more control: money and deliveries on the same screen.

Built to grow without borders

Each company with its own data, brand and roles. Multi-company and multi-currency, ready to scale to new cities and teams without rebuilding everything.

What the platform includes
Real-time GPS tracking

Every driver and shipment, located on the map instantly.

Route optimization

Shorter routes and on-time deliveries, with fewer miles and lower cost.

Fleet & driver management

Contracted and freelance drivers, with each vehicle status.

Instant alerts & incidents

Breakdowns, delays or GPS signal loss, flagged in the moment.

Online billing & payments

Payments integrated with Stripe and multi-currency billing.

Live metrics dashboard

Shipments, revenue and delivery times, always visible to decide.

Logo de External Brain
External Brain
Shared memory and knowledge graph for AI agents
In production

A vault for persistent memory where you save what matters whenever and wherever you want, so context is never lost, with your AI agents working live on top of it.

Your AI assistants, like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, usually work in isolation and without memory: every new conversation forgets what was already decided. External Brain gives them a shared brain. They save and recall decisions, architecture and history through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), while you watch them think from your own dashboard, with knowledge organized as a living graph that lights up with every new idea. If you want to go further, an autonomous agent can explore that graph with your own AI key and leave you suggestions, always under your control.

What it solves
One shared brain for every agent

Claude Code, Cursor and Codex work on the same memory, no matter which one you use today.

Knowledge, in a graph that lights up

Decisions and ideas connect to each other and appear live on the dashboard.

One-step connection via MCP

Your agents discover the memory on their own, no custom integration needed.

An analyst that thinks on its own

Explores the graph with your own AI key and leaves you suggestions, with a stop button always at hand.

Security by design

Separate access for agents and for you, with encrypted keys and data isolated per project.

A clear dashboard, always under your control

Log in with your GitHub account and see projects, agents and sessions organized.

Let us talk about your project

Tell me what you need to build. I reply personally and usually fast.

Frequently asked questions

What does "Hands-on Software Architect" mean?

It means I do not just define the architecture of a product: I build it too. I make the high-level technical decisions and stay inside the code, from the first commit to deployment.

What technologies do you work with?

Mainly React, Next.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python and Go, together with PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD and AWS, applying software architectures and design patterns with best practices.

Do you work remotely or only in Barcelona?

I am based in Barcelona and work both remotely and on-site, depending on the project and client needs.

What is the work process like?

It starts with a Kickoff meeting, followed by SEO and GEO research alongside visual design, mockups, architecture and stack validation, and active development with constant communication.

What happens after delivery?

The project goes through a Staging phase, possibly as a Beta version, to fix bugs and polish details together with you until reaching the final product.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope: a landing page can be ready in one or two weeks, while a full SaaS product is measured in months. After the Kickoff I give you a realistic estimate by phases.

How is the budget estimated?

I work by scope and phases, not loose hours. After understanding your goals I prepare a clear proposal with deliverables, milestones and a fixed price per stage.

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Yes. I offer ongoing support and evolution: bug fixing, new features, monitoring and performance and SEO improvements based on what the product needs.

Do you work with startups and companies?

With both. I support startups from MVP to scaling, and companies that need to modernize or build product, bringing architecture judgment at every stage.

What are SEO, GEO and AEO and why do they matter?

SEO optimizes for search engines; GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for AI engines like ChatGPT or Perplexity; and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for direct and voice answers. I work all three so you are found on Google and in AI alike.
